Rebuilding Together Orange County (RTOC) builds partnerships within the community to rebuild owner-occupied homes, shelters and non-profit facilities for low-income residents, particularly the elderly or those with disabilities, so they may live independently with dignity, in warmth and safety. All services are at no cost to the recipient(s).
Our mission promotes collaboration on projects, pursuing region-wide funding opportunities for the affiliates, and facilitating the formation and initial operations of new affiliates. The growth and strengthening of Rebuilding Together Orange County will facilitate increasing the number of homes and non-profit community facilities that we repair. The benefit that these repairs - at no cost to the recipients - makes to our low-income communities also benefits the larger community.
Rebuilding Together Orange County is recognized by the IRS as a charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
